A Note From Sarah

It's a responsibility I never take lightly.

Home is Tennessee, but my passport is always ready. I believe the most meaningful celebrations aren't defined by where they take place, but by the people, emotions, and memories that make them unforgettable.

I've always believed the most meaningful photographs aren't the perfectly posed ones. They're the moments you never saw happening—the reassuring squeeze of your mother's hand, the laughter shared between lifelong friends, or the look on your partner's face before you walk down the aisle.

My approach is calm, thoughtful, and deeply personal. I'll gently guide you when you need it, step back when the moment deserves to unfold naturally, and create space for you to experience your wedding exactly as it was meant to be lived—fully present.

Whether your celebration is in Tennessee, across the Southeast, or somewhere halfway around the world, my hope is that your photographs become more than beautiful images. I hope they become the way you remember exactly how it all felt.

Thank you for being here. It would truly be an honor to tell your story.

There's something incredibly special about being invited into one of the most meaningful weekends of someone's life.

We never pictured our wedding as a rainy day and really wanted golden hour photos. Sarah made up for the weather with drop dead GORGEOUS photos. And the best part was how relaxed we felt taking the photos. We knew we were in good hands and were able to have more fun because of that.

"SPEECHLESS in the best way!"

Three years ago when my best friend got married, she chose Sarah to do her wedding photography. At the time, I was her maid of honor. The bride was deciding between two photographers and she asked me to help her decide. Without even looking at portfolios, I immediately chose Sarah just by looking at her cover photos on her website. When the wedding came around, I looked at Sarah and I said, "I am using you for my wedding so get ready." We both laughed and I thought to myself, "I bet she thinks I am not serious and was kidding." Fast forward 3 years and here I am reaching out to Sarah to come and shoot my wedding. Sarah was wonderful.

"Sarah is beyond amazing."

Love Notes

Home is Tennessee, but I've always had a heart for exploring the world. I'm inspired by places with history, timeless architecture, thoughtful design, and the kind of beauty that doesn't ask for attention.

I love slow mornings, fresh flowers on the kitchen counter, dinner with friends that somehow lasts for hours, and collecting memories in new places more than collecting things.

Those experiences have shaped the way I see weddings. Not as perfectly planned events, but as gatherings of the people who matter most.

That's what I'll always notice first.

Beyond the Camera

I believe the most beautiful photographs happen when you're fully immersed in the moment, not thinking about the camera.

That's why I approach every wedding with a balance of gentle direction and quiet observation. I'll guide you when you need it, but I'll never over-direct or interrupt the moments that deserve to unfold naturally.

My work blends timeless composition with honest emotion, creating imagery that feels elevated without ever feeling forced. Every gallery is intentionally curated to reflect not only how your wedding looked, but the atmosphere, the connections, and the feeling of the day itself.

My Approach

She’s patient and so incredibly kind. I’m terrible when it comes to knowing how to pose and Sarah helps so well and really knows what she is doing. She made our wedding day run so smooth, even when my nerves were all over the place. Truly one of the best there is! Thank you so much, Sarah!
